This knowledge based qualification introduces the key principles of conflict handling and will give your employees insight into managing relationships with customers and colleagues.

• preventing conflict through communication
• avoiding conflict across a wide range of industry sectors
All candidates who successfully complete an 40 question multiple choice assessment at the end of the day will be awarded the nationally recognised certificate.
