Course Aim
This course is designed for those working in any workplace at supervisory level. Including not only ‘traditional’ supervisors and team leaders, but also anyone who needs a broad understanding of Health and Safety issues.
Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of the training program and final assessment, candidates will have a good understanding of the:
• The main concept of health and safety
• Reasons why health and safety should be promoted at work
• The roles and responsibilities of supervisors and managers in health
and safety
• Health and safety control and improve strategies available to
superviors
A theory based course run over three days at the end of which candidates will sit a 2-hour examination, consisting of 60 multiple-choice questions.
