Paediatric First Aid -

Course Aim

A nationally recognised qualification designed to meet the needs of the Childcare industry and to keep it within the Law - designed with OFSTED and the new Early Years Foundation Stage guidance in mind.

The course is based on group work with a lot of practical activity, enhancing the learning of the skills required in a fun but formal way.

Course objectives

All the courses will cover:

• The Law relating to First Aid
• Artificial Ventilations and CPR
• Shock
• Bleeding
• Brakes

Paediatric First Aid

An OFSTED approved course recognised by Sure Start and Early Years is designed for Childminders, Playgroup workers, Nursery Staff and Teachers, with emphasis on First Aid for children and childhood illnesses.
