Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with us you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time therefore it is your responsibility to check these before ordering our products.
Once an order has been placed you will receive a receipt for your purchase from PayPal and/or a confirmation email from us.
Items are priced in pounds sterling and are exclusive of postage and packaging.
When placing an order online payments are processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer. This is a secure and confidential way of making a payment. We are notified of your order and the total cost and do not have any access to your credit/debit card details. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment as you can pay with a debit or credit card. Payment by Bank Transfer will be confirmed once funds have reached our account, which may take up to 3 working days (please consider this when making an order, especially if your require it in a short period of time)
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed, subject to stock availability.
Returns, refunds and exchanges:
You are responsible for the cost of the postage of your returned items unless the item is faulty, in which case a full refund for postage will be given.
The cost of your purchase will be refunded within 7 days on return.
We cannot be held responsible for goods getting lost when being returned to us, therefore please retain proof of postage and notify your delivery company.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 10 days to arrange a return.
Postage and Packaging:
UK delivery charges are to be selected at the checkout stage of your transaction, selecting the incorrect delivery charge may result in your order being cancelled or delayed until the correct payment is made.
Please contact us for delivery charges outside the UK.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for loss or delay of items being sent to you. We will post items with insurance – we will not accept any claims against lost items via a courier/postal company. Claims for items which do not arrive, are damaged or lost will be made via the courier/postal companies insurance and refunds will not be issued until the insurance company settles the claim. Therefore it is imperative to comply with the insurance companies request for information within the timescales required – failure to comply will result in a failed claim and no refund/payment/promise to replace items -you MUST inform us within 10 days if your item is not delivered/damaged/lost by the Courier
We take your privacy very seriously and we do not supply any of your information to third parties. This applies when placing an order or joining our mailing list. By subscribing to our mailing list this is simply to keep you updated with any products and events we feel may interest you.
